One...Two....Three!

He's three months old.
We call him, "boy".
"good morning, boy!"
"I love you, boy!"
"rest your eyes, boy."

Probably because it's been such an unused word for so many years in this house, the name boy just makes sense.
We adore him.
  His laughs.
His snuggles.
His smiles.
He is a joy to this household and I am amazed at God's timing and love in giving us a son to bless our girl filled home.

A Rainy Camping Trip

They still thought it was a ton of fun even though we were only able to spend two of the five nights in our tent.  The other three days we traveled back home to sleep in our warm dry beds.

We did get a few walks in.

And made friends with this little fellow.

Claire had my camera and in the mix of bark close ups and plastic cup shots I found this.  A reminder to me that although I felt this trip was a complete flop I was able to spend some awesome quiet time in this blue chair reading my bible.

My dad holding my sweet boy.

A girl gaining in years.

 My handsome man.

I was lucky enough to spot this rare creature....I took it home.

It seemed busy and not as relaxing as I had imagined but it was us, together, rain or shine we didn't separate, we went through it as a team just like family's should.
